Guided Plant Attunement

Why fast with plants and decode dreams?

Fasting with plants is an ancestral amazonian practice that helps re-align the body, mind and spirit to the frequency of health, vitality, and life-force. Decoding dreams helps you receive precise feedback from your plant medicines in order to direct your prayers more accurately. This is how the ancestors dieted for long periods of time without constant ceremonies. The ceremony happened in the dream-space.

This is for you if you want to:

  • Activate healthy programming in your body, mind and spirit.

Students share their experiences:

“After more than 15 years working with medicine—first in personal healing, then in facilitation—I arrived into Macarena and Wexa’s teaching space with deep devotion, but also with the reality that for much of my path I had navigated without the ongoing guidance of lineage-based teachers. Meeting Macarena and Wexa has felt like someone quietly walked into a room I had been working in for years and switched on a really bright light. Everything I had sensed, trusted, and devoted myself to was already there, but through their clarity, precision, lineage, and extraordinary capacity as teachers, what once felt dimly navigated has become illuminated, refined, and deeply anchored.”
